Sherpa Groups

Real change does not happen in large groups. It comes with one on one coaching and small peer group activity. Sherpa Groups are peer groups of 4-6 individuals from similar size offices from different industries that act as mastermind and accountability groups. Educated on how to most effectively help each other, these groups provide the structure to help inform, provide insight, implement, motivate, encourage and hold accountable when needed – each member to achieve their specific goals and objectives.

Sherpa Groups typically meet monthly with their peer advisory board. These meetings include report outs of key performance indicators, new developments and areas that need further insight from their peer group.
