The coaching methodology focused on is the Sherpa Guide – a process driven, executive coaching model developed by Brenda Corbet and Judith Coleman.

Sherpa executive coaches take on the role of the Sherpa climbing guide: enabling, advising and assisting in difficult environments with limited options. Sherpa coaching clients, like climbers on Everest, must endure the hardships, put forth the effort, and be subject to the risks involved in reaching their goals. Ultimately, they must reach the summit through their own skill and determination.

That means besides the Sherpa Guide, together, you and your Coach identify a problem or set of problems that need to be improved and then a set time frame for resolution. This keeps both the Coach and the Student accountable for bottom line change.

Remote Team Coaching

With companies requiring team coaching and who are using the RPM Dashboard, weekly or monthly remote coaching options are available. In these sessions, using the Sherpa Methodology, the individual or team can work to set goals, track weekly numbers, better understand their Recruiting Analytics and set a path for improving what is actually needed.
